Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any product you purchase from our site as long as it is returned to us in its original condition, meaning it cannot have been washed, altered or damaged.  As well, all items must come pack with their original packaging.

In order to begin the process of an exchange or return, please fill out our Exchange form by clicking here.  Please make sure to include your order number and the issue you are experiencing.

Someone from our support team will then provide you with a Return Authorization number and a pre-paid shipping label by e-mail, and the process will continue.

No products or items will be exchanged or refunded without this number, so please make sure you acquire one before sending us back anything you have purchased.

We will cover any shipping costs for exchanges, and there are no fees whatsoever.

Our customer care team will review your item or items within five (5) business days and issue an exchange if the product meets the requirements.  In the event that an exchange is denied, our customer care team will notify you with the reason by e-mail and the item or items will be returned to you free of charge.

Likewise, you can also come to one of our stores in order to exchange your purchase right away.


Returns

We will gladly refund any product you purchase from our site as long as it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging.  Clothing will not be refunded if it has been washed, altered or damaged.

In order to begin the process of a return, please fill our the Return form by clicking here.  Please make sure to include your order number and the issue you are experiencing with your product.

Someone from our support team will then provide you with a Return Authorization number and a pre-paid shipping label by e-mail so that we may inspect the clothing.

No products or items will be exchanged or refunded without this number, so please make sure you acquire one before sending us back anything you have purchased.

We will cover any shipping costs for refunds, however please note that there may be a 10% re-stocking fee for any refunds processed if the garments are returned in poor condition.

Once we receive the clothing in question, our customer care teams will verify the clothing condition within five (5) business days.  Once the item has passed inspection we will issue a refund immediately.  Please note that the refund may take a few business days to appear on your statement and can vary based on your payment processor.

In the event that a refund or exchange is denied, our customer care team will let you know the reason by e-mail and return the product or products to you free of charge.

Refunds cannot be processed in store.
